Quick post today-It’s such a nice day…I have to get back out! After a long winter…the sun is beginning to shine and birds are singin’! This makes me one happy girl. So today- I got up went out for a run and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and fresh mountain air. Click here

1 Mango (preferably organic)
1 cup fresh squeezed organic orange juice
1 cup ice
* feel free to add any probiotics you’d like, I added one shot of Yakult, love this stuff!
Put all ingredients into blender and blend away!!! Pour, sit back and enjoy this refreshing smoothie….
